NTRA.dk is operated by Mikkel B. Sørensen. Questions about purchases, subscriptions, privacy or complaints can be sent to mbs@ntra.dk.
The service
NTRA provides digital horoscopes, tarot readings, birth charts and reflection tools. The content is guidance-oriented entertainment and personal reflection, not professional health, financial or legal advice.
Trials and subscription
The card-free trial lasts 3 days and ends automatically without payment. With the Stripe trial, nothing is charged for 3 days; it then continues at EUR 5 per month until cancelled. Stripe Checkout shows the final price and schedule again before payment is accepted.
Cancellation
Cancel online from Plans through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. If you expressly request immediate delivery of a digital service, rules concerning service already supplied may apply. Contact mbs@ntra.dk to exercise the right. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Account and use
Protect your password and use the service lawfully and personally. Abuse, automated overload or attempts to access other accounts may lead to temporary suspension.
Changes and availability
NTRA may improve features over time. Material price or subscription changes are notified before taking effect so you can cancel. Short service interruptions may occur.
Support and complaints
Contact mbs@ntra.dk first so we can try to resolve the matter. Danish law applies where this does not reduce mandatory protection in your country of residence.
